Service: If you are a neurodiverse (ND) child, youth, or adult struggling with executive function, and/or feeling low self worth/ self esteem, burnt out, depressed, and/or anxious, I can help. I have lived experience with neurodiversity and extensive training in supporting ND, I can meet you where you are at and give you a safe space to be you and to grow in. Alternatively, if you are not neurodiverse (or not sure), but are a child, teen, or adult aged 10+ and feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, and/or experiencing panic, I can make your life better by partnering with you and helping you develop an action plan and give you tools and techniques to help.

Approach: You are first in counselling and I am with you all the way, enhancing your whole self by focusing on your strengths, your values, your reality, and your dreams. The counselling space is a safe space to cry, laugh, be heard, and reflect, while drawing on skills and techniques based in positive psychology to build your strengths and resilience.

Credentials & Modalities: I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #19421) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). I have specialized training in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, including:

  • Rewind Technique
  • Hypnosis
  • Lifting Self-Esteem (CBT based)

Before becoming a counsellor, I previously trained in the Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach and in Educational Therapy with the National Institute for Learning Development (NILD) and worked to support school-age neurodiverse children and families with learning differences.
